Abstract


Nitrilimines (2a-e) react with aldehyde
methoxycarbonylhydrazones (3-5) to afford 3-acetyl-5-alkyl-1-aryl-4-
(methoxycarbonylamino)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazoles (6-8a-e). The
structure of these compounds was elucidated by IR, MS and NMR spectral
data.
