Abstract

In the present work, Curie temperature points, electric and dielectric properties were investigated for NixLi0.5(1-x)Fe2.5-0.5xO4   spinel ferrite, which were prepared using the standard ceramic technique. Curie temperature points decreasing with increasing of the  ions. With increasing frequency of the external source, permittivity constant and loss tangent reduced continuously, while AC conductivity increased. This variation of electric properties was elucidated based on Fe3+ + e- = Fe2+  and Ni2+ + h+ = Ni3+.
